Mark Collins is a former professional American football cornerback and safety who played in the NFL for 13 seasons.
Collins was drafted by the New York Giants in the second round of the 1986 NFL Draft. During his eight seasons with the Giants (1986–1993), he was part of two Super Bowl-winning teams (XXI and XXV). In 1994, he signed with the Kansas City Chiefs as a free agent, playing three seasons (1994–1996) with the team. He concluded his playing career with the Green Bay Packers in 1997 and the Seattle Seahawks in 1998.
After retiring as a player, Collins transitioned into coaching, including a role as a linebackers coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars. He has also been involved in sports broadcasting and serves as an ambassador for the Kansas City Chiefs.
